Thierry Mugler for Beyonce
Her planned outfit for the song “Sweet Dreams (Beautiful Nightmare)” for her “I Am… World Tour”
Mugler saw the dual concept of a Dream/Nightmare thus the split costume, and incorporated sleep elements like the lingerie and the mask.

DIY: Headband Bikini Top

What you will need:
A headband
A long piece of fabric (or shoelace)
An elastic
Scissors
Needle and thread (optional)
Cut the back of the headband
Sew your fabric/shoelace to one end of a headband
or
Cut a hole in the headband and string the fabric through
Cut a hole in the other side of the head band and string the fabric through. String the fabric through so it can be adjusted. 
Once you have strung it through, take the string off again and put your elastic in the middle of the headband. Loop it around until its tightly secured 
Put it on, tie up the back, DIY bikini top.
